Behavior: You agree to act responsibly and respect drivers and other passengers.

Prohibited Conduct: You must not misuse Garide by, including but not limited to, damaging vehicles, engaging in unlawful activities, or abusing the rider or driver rating systems.

Fees and Payments

Ride Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the rides you book through Garide.

Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method when registering your Account. You authorize Garide to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes for online payments.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a ride request in accordance with our cancellation policy, which may include fees for late cancellations or no-shows.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

License

Garide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use it, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers

No Warranty: Garide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Garide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Garide, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of it or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Garide constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

Garide may suspend or terminate your Account and access to it at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the countries in which Garide operates under Baggins Technology Enterprises, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Local Arbitration Associations.
